In the presentation for AproxiME, the consultant explained the main aspects relating to online business management systems, such as product registration; capturing leads; automation of information and receipt of instant messages and security.



Regarding product registration, for example, Amaury clarified that it is necessary to be aware of the importance of SEO (search engine optimization, which means optimization for search engines) in order to meet the criteria of search engine algorithms such as Google, achieve a good ranking and have more visibility.

In relation to capturing leads, the process of obtaining potential customers, he highlighted the need to disseminate information about the product and be present on social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. “In addition to photos, it is essential to make videos of the product in use, as they can increase sales conversion by up to 40%. Around 60% of people search for videos of products they want to buy, usually on YouTube,” he highlighted.

Another important tip was about Black Friday: to get good sales during this period, it is necessary to plan, focus sales on a few well-chosen products and negotiate with suppliers to guarantee stock and have the product at a good price for the consumer.

Regarding shipping costs and delivery times, the consultant highlighted that they can result in up to 82% of the abandonment rate for online purchases. And he reinforced the importance of Correios services aimed at e-commerce, such as Correios Log+, and other logistics solutions to support entrepreneurs.

In his conclusion, Amauri emphasized the importance of fast loading of the online store website. Currently, the website page is expected to load in up to 2.5 seconds. If it takes longer than that, the retailer may be losing customers. “And next year, the expectation is that charging will ideally occur in just half a second”, he highlighted.
