Once again, companies respond and Economía 3 , through the Alcatí Business Sports Club , achieves a successful first edition of the Solidarity Paddle Tournament in favor of Cáritas .
With the contribution of all the companies involved, the winners of the tournament – workers from Patatas Aguilar and Industrias Alegre –; They were able to allocate a donation of one thousand euros to Cáritas Diocesana Valencia to facilitate their social work with those most in need.
Jorge Salas , who together with his Patatas Aguilar partner , David Tos, were proclaimed winners in the amateur (advanced) category, highlighted the good organization and good work of this meeting, "capable of uniting sport and solidarity."
He confesses that it is the first time that both workers (one from the administration area and the other from production) played together, and also that they participated in a similar tournament. The result could not have been better. "It has been a very entertaining day, in which we played many 20-minute games and this made it an agile and enjoyable tournament ," explains Salas.

In the Initiation category, the workers from Industrias Alegre , Víctor Vaccaro and Martín Ricart, have won the prize ; After seven games, they ended up competing with their company colleagues, Manuel Casasús and Javier Sevilla .
In this sense, Manuel Casasús highlighted "it was great to enjoy a relaxed day of sports, which also allowed us to get to know our colleagues in an environment different from the work environment. It was also very interesting to learn about the other companies and what they did. Days like these are needed after the difficulties of the last 2 years that we have gone through, and also if it is for a solidarity purpose, all the better.
