Ciudadanos withdraws its offer and Podemos

Albert Rivera, leader of Ciudadanos, has taken less than 24 hours to withdraw the offer he made to Sánchez. Rivera dropped the bomb on Monday: a technical abstention in exchange for a guarantee that taxes will not be raised in the legislature, that there will be a constitutionalist government in Navarra and that order will be preserved in Catalonia.
