The Government of Castilla-La Mancha has expressed its willingness to “continue to weave alliances in that permanent active listening and in that teamwork that must be social dialogue. And for this, FECIR is essential.

With these words, the Minister of Equality and spokesperson, Blanca Fernández, stated it at the closing of the General Assembly of the Business Phone Number Database Federation of Ciudad Real , where she stated that, if political stability and social dialogue are always important , they are even more so in a context like the current one marked by a very complex inflationary situation.

Blanca Fernández explained that, although the economic moment is complicated for companies and self-employed people, in Castilla-La Mancha the month of May has produced the best employment data since 2008; The industrial production index has grown twice as much as it did in the country as a whole until April, versus  percent; or the exports of Castilla-La Mancha have set a new record in April and have exceeded million euros for the first time, million in the province of Ciudad Real, “which means that one in every four euros earned by exporting “Our products are made from here, from this province.”

For this reason, the spokesperson has emphasized the need to continue supporting the productive fabric with alliances and with a public budget to continue facing difficult situations, such as this legislature in which, after going through a pandemic and when the situation was beginning to improve, the Russia's illegal war against Ukraine has opened a new crisis for the business community.

Precisely, in this support for businessmen, businessmen and self-employed people, Blanca Fernández has revealed that, since Emiliano García-Page governs, “we have allocated to the productive fabric of the province of Ciudad Real, only from the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment , practically 100 million euros for more than 20,000 small businesses and self-employed people who get up every day of their lives to support their families, their companies and also the bread of the workers.”

Another key element that the Government of Castilla-La Mancha is clear about is that “here there are no competing interests, there are not, on the one hand, the interests of the working class and on the other those of the business class. Or it is a symbiosis and we are all clear that it has to go well for all of us or it will not go well for anyone.” In this sense, he congratulated FECIR, because, defending business interests, “it is also very clear that there must be a balance and in this the social agents, in general, help us a lot.

Blanca Fernández has highlighted that the Ciudad Real Business Federation has demonstrated a great capacity to, in just a few years, build a strong business organization, which represents more than 12,500 businessmen, businesswomen and self-employed people from the entire province and practically the entire province. of the business sectors. In addition to this, the spokesperson councilor has highlighted that if the figure is important, it is above all “the quality with which the human team of this Federation does its work, in all its work areas.

Finally, Blanca Fernández has specifically congratulated FECIR for the work it has been carrying out in the last two years in terms of equality, which translates into more than 200 queries answered on this matter and the involvement of the business community in the province of Ciudad Real so that women join the business world under the same conditions as men.
